Provides expertise and systems support in developing and enhancing business systems for SAM area to provide new or enhanced products to clients or effective planning, reporting, and analysis tools to internal functions. Primary Responsibilities License Compliance •    Verify licensing business rules, purchase entitlement, and usage to generate a compliance report using tools like Flexera and SNOW. •    Identify to remediate unauthorized or unlicensed software. Reporting •    Prepare reports for requests from end users, managers, and developers for SAM data. •    Reports on software usage, license allocation, compliance status, and cost-saving opportunities. •    Maintain data in structured formats for dashboards and executive reporting. Software Inventory •    Maintain inventory, usage of licensed software across the enterprise. Required Skills: •    Flexera, ServiceNow, SNOW Software, Power BI, Excel, Spotfire Qualifications •    Bachelor's Degree Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent experience •    5+ years of experience managing Flexera tools or similar SAM platforms •    Understanding of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe, etc.) •    Experience with ITAM, SAM, CMDB, and enterprise IT environments. •    Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure. •    Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
