You’ll work with a variety of tasks and skills, from repairs to maintenance, ensuring our apartments are in top condition for new residents. Your responsibilities include: Apartment Inspections – Inspect vacated apartments and complete thorough checklists to prepare for new residents. Repairs & Maintenance – Replace or repair windows, doors, baseboards, mirrors, mini-blinds, ceiling fans, and more. Perform general maintenance and repair work in drywall, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. Painting & Drywall – Assist with painting and drywall repair to ensure apartments are fresh and welcoming. Key Replacement – Make new keys and replace locks when necessary to ensure security and a smooth transition for new residents. Cleaning & Groundskeeping – Share responsibilities with the maintenance team for general property upkeep, ensuring the community is clean and well-maintained. What We’re Looking For: Experience – Previous maintenance or repair experience, particularly in painting, drywall, basic electrical work, and plumbing Availability – Must be available for on-call rotation, including evenings and weekends Physical Requirements – Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs Valid Driver’s License – Required for on-call duties Why AMLI?
