Job Description: Provide user support and training for Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes, ensuring smooth adoption and accurate data. Handle production support activities by troubleshooting issues, coordinating fixes, and working with technical teams to keep systems stable and reliable. Key Responsibilities: •    Provide end-to-end support for users throughout the Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycle. •    Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure smooth adoption of processes. •    Resolve user queries promptly and effectively, leveraging AI-based tools where applicable. •    Collaborate with development teams to validate new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. •    Participate in integration testing activities to ensure system stability and compliance with business requirements. •    Monitor data synchronization processes and scheduled jobs to ensure timely and accurate data flow across systems. •    Troubleshoot job failures and coordinate with technical teams for resolution. •    Perform regular data quality checks on data to maintain accuracy, completeness, and consistency. •    Identify and correct data discrepancies and ensure compliance with organizational standards. Required Skills •    Strong understanding of IT Asset Management processes (HAM/SAM). •    Proficiency in Excel  •    Knowledge of SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting. •    Experience with data validation, troubleshooting, and job monitoring. •    Ability to resolve user queries efficiently and document solutions for future reference. •    Familiarity with IT Asset Management tools and integration tools. •    Good communication skills for user support and training. Qualifications: •    Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. •    3+ years of IT experience is User support and Production support  •    Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. •    Hands-on knowledge of IT Asset Management lifecycles (HAM and SAM).
