This position is eligible for a sign on bonus! About the unit   This unit is a 13-bed Med Surg unit with overflow into ICU. Stroke Certified. We treat our patients as our own family. Accountability, honesty, compassion and courage are very important. We pride ourselves on great team work, collaboration and safe personal care for our patients. Regionals also give you the opportunity to have flexibility with your schedule. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model known as the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Upholds the standards of professional performance as described by the ANA. This includes ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence-based practice and research, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization and environmental health.
