FULL TIME About Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell opened a new 189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy. Today, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services, continuing to develop to meet the needs of the growing communities it serves. Scope of work    The NMT performs both imaging and non-imaging procedures on patients and/or patient samples using radioactive tracers. The NMT is responsible for the safe and correct handling of radioactive materials, the care and operation of radiation detection equipment, knowledge of Nuclear Medicine procedures, the appropriate computer analysis to generate a patient result, and patient care. A NMT uses specific age and culture-related physical, intellectual psychosocial and developmental attributes in assessment planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care.
