Job Summary Under general direction, responsible for the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of the plumbing infrastructure in a safe, effective, and efficient manner in response to or in support of the customer's needs. Essential Functions Repair to plumbing fixtures through the Hospital & Medical center. P.M. assignments on required equipment. Maintaining hospital sewer system including drain maintenance. Trouble shooting supply water problems and correcting. Reading and understanding Hospital Mechanical blueprints Installation of new equipment (fixtures and systems). Range of Pay Pay between $26.74 and $32.50, based on experience Qualifications  Required High School Diploma or equivalent 5 years of relevant experience 5 years of documented work experience in the operation, maintenance, repair, and installation of plumbing infrastructure in a 400,000 sq. ft. commercial, industrial or institutional facility. Performing operation, repair, and installation work to the plumbing infrastructure.
