Corewell Health is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for this opportunity! Sign-On Bonus for External applicants or current CHW MA Apprentice Students only Practice Overview We provide occupational health services on-site at various employers within the greater Grand Rapids area. This means that travel is required for this role. The employees that we provide testing for will sometimes need follow-up in our OHS clinic space. Assistance in coordinating a warm hand-off to make sure proper care for them is vital to the success of this space. This role will be clinical in nature, but there will also be required administration duties such as scheduling for services and reporting of results to the employers. Services provided include, but are not limited to, audio testing, drug screening, fit testing, vaccinations, and blood draws. Office Culture We have a small and intimate team. About Outpatient Clinics  Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve.
