Partner with the best In this role you will oversee product quality in manufacturing, develop yearly operational plans, and drives improvements in products, processes, and procedures. As a Process Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for: Ensuring quality assurance and control across products, services, and manufacturing processes. Managing conformance activities including incoming goods control, product inspection, and witness points. Exchanging data and feedback to drive improvements in products, processes, and procedures. Handling standardized manufacturing processes and implementing updated procedures from other functions. Following established guidelines to select appropriate actions in routine operations. Leading a small manufacturing unit or sub-unit with a budget exceeding $1.5 million. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor or equivalent education with solid experience in manufacturing as well as expertise in production quality. Be able to demonstrate exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Be able to lead small teams and initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Be able to apply advanced analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills across multiple projects.
