We aim to meet clients expectations, as part of Baker Hughes operations.   Partner with the best   As a Field Specialist - Cementing you will play a key role in being the on-site, first point of contact for our cementing activities and be leading people and working on a variety of complex projects.   As a Cementing Specialist, you will be responsible for:   Operating all cementing equipment Supervising crew, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment Providing guidance to customers and teams on-site to coordinate cementing operations and to aid decision-making processes Mentoring the training and development of your team to ensure quality cementing services are delivered to customers Performing other tasks related to operations support upon the order of higher management Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Have College or Technical Bachelor degree Have 4 years of experience with cementing (mandatory) Have driving license of B, C categories.
