Quest Integrity employs leading-edge technology and subject matter expertise to help companies improve the uptime, performance and longevity of their assets.   Partner with the best   The Field Technician Foreman – API 653, under direction of the Operations Manager has the primary job function to lead and facilitate the safe and efficient delivery of API 510/570/653 related services including robotic inspections of above ground storage tanks and pressure vessels. As a Field Inspection Foreman-API, you will be responsible for: Maintaining a safe work environment and ensure that safety procedures are being followed and equipment is in proper working order. Performing all inspections in accordance with API 653 and other related standards. Documenting all inspection activities in accordance with company and customer guidelines. Recommending repairs and perform inspection of completed repair work, as appropriate. Managing accurate and professional communications with both customers and the office. Managing and direct the field crew to efficiently complete each project. Making quick decisions on the job to ensure successful completions of projects. Completing all required training within company guidelines. Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will: Have 5 years field inspection experience. Be API-653 Certified. Have the ability to maintain good working relationships with co-workers, management, vendors and customers. Must be willing to travel (approximately 75% travel), with little notice including travel overnight and by air. Have excellent communications skills both orally and in writing. Have the ability to pass background and drug testing, including ongoing random testing. Must have valid driver’s license, have or ability to obtain passport, TWIC card (homeland security). Must be comfortable with heights and tight spaces. Must have knowledge or certified to perform MT, VT, MFL, PT and other NDE methods as required.
