Partner with the best As a Winding Design Engineer engineer you will have the following responsibilities: Design of windings for synchronous generators, motors, and compensators Creation and maintenance of winding technical drawings and documentation Participation in both development and standard projects, and active support of the technical team during the bidding process Close cooperation with the calculation and testing departments (e.g., during temperature, loss, and end-winding vibration measurements) Support for production and workshop engineering during the implementation of new solutions Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will need to: University degree in Electrical Engineering Experience with 3D CAD systems (preferably Autodesk Inventor) Basic knowledge of winding design and programming is an advantage Intermediate English, advanced Czech Independence, attention to detail, and team spirit Suitable also for graduates with a strong interest in technology Working with us Our people are at the heart of what we do at Baker Hughes.
