You will have access to innovative equipment to effectively monitor our well sites. You will troubleshoot problems and act quickly to ensure efficiency is maintained for our customers.   As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:   Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment Solving often complex drilling problems, by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data Making basic maintenance on various types of field equipment and to determine the equipment's current operational status at the well site Developing and demonstrate proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Directional Systems Providing complex solutions in challenging Directional System environments Completing additional advanced technical training and assigning well site development programs Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Have rig drilling or directional drilling experience gained in an oil and gas environment Be fluent in Kazakh, Russian (oral and written) and intermediate English Have a technical degree or a High School Diploma /GED with equivalent work experience Have more than 2 years experience in directional drilling or equivalent Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.   This role is working with our customer on-site in locations across Kazakhstan.
