You can expect to receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skillset.     You will also   have the opportunity to   become familiar with the Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) and culture of Baker Hughes. as well as our strong commitment to diversity,   equity   and inclusion.          As an Intern, you will   be responsible for :     Contribute to sustainability and commercial initiatives by supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting   Learn and apply internal tools and systems to   assist   in project execution and decision-making   Work with cross-functional teams to   identify   opportunities for environmental and operational improvements   Support the development of dashboards and reports that track ESG and HSE performance metrics   Assist   in translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders   Apply basic data analysis techniques to   monitor   sustainability goals and compliance   Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms   Present findings through clear visualizations and contribute to team discussions     Fuel your passion     To be successful in this role you will:     Be currently enrolled in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in   Environmental Science, Sustainability, Industrial Engineering, HSE, Communications, or a related field   Have   maintained   a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country     Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills     Be able to   relocate   for the duration of your internship (locations vary)     Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions   Be fluent in oral and written English with   strong communication   and stakeholder engagement abilities   Show interest or experience in sustainability reporting, ESG analytics, or environmental data management   Be proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms     Work in a way that works for you     We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
