You will utilise your experience and expertise to develop subsea products to effect short-term and long-term business goals. The engineer shall support offshore operation and workshop activities including technical documentation, investigations and solutions. As a Mechanical Engineer , you will be responsible for: Interpretation and communication of industry and international codes and standards. Interpretation and implementation of client standards and global practices. Ensuring and verify technical compliance of products with specification, codes, standards, legislation and client technical requirements. Engagement with all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) developing and maintaining effective relationships/partnerships to meet project deliverables. Generation and / or review of technical procurement specifications, parts and document suites. Product and task ownership including the generation of robust design files to demonstrate due diligence. Ensuring that product design conforms with field proven or qualified technologies. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have d egree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with relevant work experience. Have experience working in an engineering role as a 3D mechanical design engineer. Be cons c ien t io u s, f le x ible, v er s at i le a n d d e ter m in e d. Ca p able of as s erti v e a nd p o s iti v e co m m u nic a tion and p erfo r ma n ce. Be self-motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team.
