This customer-facing role focuses on building strong relationships, winning new business, and implementing the Geo-Zone strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, develop technical proposals, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions that help customers achieve better performance.   As a Lead Sales Specialist - Well Construction, you will be responsible for:   Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for existing and/or key account(s). Building and maintaining strong customer relationships in a market where trust and partnership are critical. Creating detailed and application specific technical Drill Bit proposals. Participating in tenders, pricing, and commercial negotiations to secure new business Tracking and manage opportunities using CRM for accurate forecasting and reporting. Collaborating with supply chain, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction. Visiting customers and travel as required to maintain engagement and identify opportunities. Develop multi-PL business development strategies with special focus on Drill Bits and Drilling Services. Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will:   Have extensive working experience as an Account Sales and/or Engineer with in-depth technical knowledge in Drilling Services, Drill Bits and or Drilling Fluids Be fluent in Azerbaijani, English, Russian (oral and written). Have industry experience with in-depth technical knowledge of Drilling Services, Drill Bits and or Drilling Fluids Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Have an ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
