Through targeted inspections, accurate documentation and close collaboration with Construction and Engineering, we verify compliance with codes, specifications and customer requirements, helping reduce rework and deliver safe, high-quality modules.  Partner with the best     Within IET, our Quality Control team supports every stage of module fabrication. We work with all the internal departments and our contractiors to confirm compliance with acceptance criteria. From dimensional checks to welding supervision and system walkdowns, we safeguard the conformity of heavy, high-complexity assemblies and enable flawless delivery to our customers.  In this role, you will be responsible for: Planning and managing the execution of quality inspection and coordinating inspector crew; Supervising to Customer audits and inspections (Walkdown) to guarantee that all Project quality requirements are fully satisfied; Acting as Customer technical point of contact for quality-related matters ensuring corrective actions are implemented; Addressing and resolving quality-related matters issues, providing periodic updates, ensuring customer satisfaction and negotiating/coordinating with staff as appropriate; Collaborating with Construction Team and Engineering to ensure the Quality Control Plan is executed and Customer quality requirements are achieved; Adopting best-practice guidelines and influencing and implementing continuous improvement for processes and systems. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have BSc. or MSc. in engineering; Be able to understand and implement technical drawings such as, P&ID, wiring diagrams, and general arrangements; Be a good team player and display good communication and problem solving skills; Be self-motivated to deliver to deadlines, with a flexible approach to problem solving without compromising detail or quality; Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Be fluent both in English and Italian.
