As part of our Early Careers Program, you will be responsible for: Working on diverse assignments in manufacturing, sourcing and materials management, logistics, quality, and process improvement, HSE and services operations Participating in structured career development, receiving coaching, and mentoring and on-the job-learning to create opportunities for career acceleration Attending a significant supply-chain training curriculum, including certification in LEAN Six Sigma, APICS and Supply Chain processes Networking globally and cross-functionally, leading program initiatives or projects with peers and interacting with global business leaders Solving critical business challenges through cross-functional, mission-based teams Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's degree in all related to engineering industries & & professional knowledge of business knowledge will be a plus. Open to graduating interns, current employees, fresh graduates, and former interns. H ave some basic skills about leadership & logic thoughts, if you have joined in some leader activities in campus, that will be a plus.   Have a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 or equivalent Be fluent in English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills Be geographically mobile (locations vary) Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship or time restrictions Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
