Partner with the best As an Aero Supplier Quality Engineer in the Gas Technology Services department, you will be responsible for:  Leading early-stage supplier evaluations, focusing on quality, organizational maturity, technical capabilities, and risk mitigation Supplier development: lead and manage technical assessments of new parts, supported by Design and Advanced Manufacturing Engineers. Supplier management: be responsible for supplier qualifications, continuous improvement plans, surveillance and audits. Communication: ensure a strong connection between suppliers and internal execution teams to support quality, on-time delivery and responsiveness. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: Solid background in supplier quality and continuous improvement in industrial or energy sectors Hands-on experience with supplier assessment methodologies and quality management systems. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's mechanical degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Service) At least 10 years of experience in Quality Be able to travel locally and internationally at short notice to Supplier and Customer offices or site plants English fluent Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
