Th i s i nv o lv es c oll a bor at i n g with the R&D team t o e ns ur e te c hn o logi c a l c o n sistenc y, engaging commercial teams t o drive product adoption , and defining cost s t ruc tures f o r pumps in New Energy markets. As New Energy Solutions Product Manager you wll be responsible for : Ensu r i n g accounta b i l ity for functional, business, and broad er PVS objectives. E n gaging in discussions with vari ous teams t o enhanc e processes, procedures , and o per a ti o n al m eth o ds . D r i v i ng synergy with the CTS organization by promoting pumping solutions to shared customers, i n clud i n g visi t in g clients and suppliers t o expl o re new applications. E nsu ri ng flawless execution of R&D programs for enabling technologies , p r ov i di ng accura te and t im e ly data collection to support technology roadmaps. Following established frameworks to navi g a t e p ro cesses, attending customer and operator meetings alongside the commercial team in New Technology environments (e.g., CO2, CPS, W-to-E, LAES) to d e t ail pro duc t features and appl ica t ion s . Partnering with customers in the CCUS and Energy Transition space s to optimize process solutions as part of integrated BH equipment proposal s . Fo c usi ng o n business expansion toward future profitable applications like Cryogenic pumps and Liquid Air . Supporting partnership initiatives, defining cost and p r i c i ng l evel s f or s ol ut ion s in a DTI environment, and organiz ing and analyzing customer feedback to generate ideas fo r product r efin e men t th at en h a n c e c o mpe t i t i v en ess. Presentin g insights to senior leaders on specific technical matters and cross- fu nc t i ona l c o n tr i buti on s th a t a lig n technologies w it h overall strategy , wi th stri c t a dhe ren c e to HSE standards. Collaborating with R&D teams or contractors to design a pump configurator tool for sCO2 mixtures an d u pda ti ng automated tools to o ptimiz e cost e st im a tio n processes. Ex panding t he portfolio by injecting new in te l lec t ua l p rop e rty (e.g., patents or li c e nses ) or fostering collaborations and partnerships. D eve lopi n g robust team cadence and grow t h pl a ns w hil e me ntor ing talent through i niti a t ives l ike Aca d e m y progr a m s , lab work, or other professional developments. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have : Master's degree from an accredited university, at least 4-5 years of experience in Rotating Equipment Design or Management. Have proven capability to operate in trans-disciplinary and cross-functional team while Projects or Programs are executed. Have demonstrated competencies in systems engineering and technology innovation through analytical and continuous improvement skills in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities. Good experience within Product Management teams.
