As an Intern, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with international teams and engaging with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Gaining exposure to business processes and understanding how different functions operate within the company. Supporting cross-functional teams to develop a 360° view of the business. Measuring and analyzing key metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Assisting in operations management by maintaining updated documentation of processes and assets. Learning technical aspects of machinery, including how equipment is composed and identifying replacement needs. Contributing to process improvement initiatives by monitoring ongoing revisions and managing multiple workflows. Participating in digital innovation projects using tools such as Python, Power BI, and Power Automate. Providing support to other teams to ensure smooth collaboration and knowledge sharing across departments. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Be currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelors’ or Masters’ level degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, other STEM-related or business-related program. Have maintained a GPA grade greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or the equivalent in your country Be fluent in oral and written English and have effective communication skills Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone.
