We provide customers with excellent solutions needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations   Play a pivotal role in our business   As an Electronic Engineer, you will lead the design, development and testing of hardware electronics in our energy solutions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll connect the dots across technologies and develop cross-technology solutions. You'll play a pivotal technical lead role in the development of products and services for our customers.   As an Electronic Engineer, you will be responsible for:   Owning the design and engineering of the hardware electronics Developing a yearly operational plan to define departmental initiatives and to support activities and projects Troubleshooting, testing, assembly, disassembly and performing visual inspection of electronics boards and electro-mechanical assemblies Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions for the business Performing complex and difficult tests with minimal instruction and documentation to ensure information is captured Fuel your passion   To be successful in this role you will: Have experience in Electronics Engineering with an appropriate qualification Have diploma in electronics, mechanics, or relevant technical education Have an understanding of electronics technical concepts and principles Have more than 5 years maintenance (assembly, repair) experience Have fluent Azerbaijani, upper-intermediate English, Russian is a plus Thrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding Be interested in self-development and innovations in the industry Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
