Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.  Partner the best As a Buyer, you will support the procurement of goods and services across assigned categories, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with business needs. You will work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain supply continuity and optimize value.  Key Responsibilities:   Supplier Engagement:  Contact suppliers to request quotations for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and lead times.  Requisition Management:  Convert internal purchase requisitions into accurate and timely purchase orders in accordance with company policies.  Order Tracking:  Monitor open orders and proactively, follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve any delays or issues.  Documentation:  Maintain accurate records of supplier communications, quotations, and order confirmations.  System Updates:  Ensure procurement systems are updated with the latest order and delivery information.  Continuous Improvement:  Support initiatives to improve procurement processes and supplier performance.  Fuel your passion To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  Proven experience in procurement or supply chain.  Strong communication and organizational skills.  ERP system proficiency (Oracle preferred).  Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.  Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
