Partner with the best As a Project Manager you will be responsible for: Leading end-to-end project management for rotating equipment projects, from contract award through commissioning, startup, and final project closeout. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and manufacturing to ensure alignment and project success. Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders. Developing and managing detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet key milestones. Identifying potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Ensuring strict compliance with Baker Hughes standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements. Providing regular status updates and maintain comprehensive project documentation for all stakeholders. Fostering strong client relationships through transparent communication, regular meetings, and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery. Supporting the localization and increasing local contents for local commodity, working hand-on-hand with Sourcing Organization in order to enhance IKTVA score.  To be successful in this role you will Have: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. 5 -10 years of experience Experience in project management, preferably within a technical or industrial setting. Previous experience in Rotating equipment Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP Certification is preference.
