Department: PPM Location: Minhan, Shanghai Report to: Marketing and Product Management Lead, North Asia-Institutional Solutions Job Responsibilities: Develop in depth understanding of China BTB & BTC market and competitive position. Based on understanding of industry structure/ market trend/ customer unmet needs/ market potential to develop portfolio strategies and annual plan. Analyze portfolio performance along key metrics, draw implications and develop recommendations based on key market trends. Launch innovations, build the value proposition, and drive implementation in North Asia in collaboration with Sales, KAM and global TASKI team. Develop new product launch package for key innovations that can be implemented locally. Work closely with Sales/ / Global TASKI team to ensure relevant market strategy implementation and necessary solutions are delivered with excellence to the market. Support sales in development of key customer implementations. Adapt and ensure local buy in/ execution of North Asia marketing calendar. Develop and implement Value propositions, solutions and programs with the local sales force and customers. Literature creation - brochure, spec sheet, etc., relevant translations where required. Digital marketing Management: lead the digital marketing plan development, execution, monitoring and review, lead the website, WeChat etc. set up and management, develop marketing communications contents and execution.   Job Requirements: Bachelor degree or above, major in cleaning machine or marketing. At least 3 years working experience in BTB / BTC, have product and brand communication working experience. Analytical thinking, can develop market strategy through intelligence collection/ analysis/ conclusion/ suggestion/ implementation. Experience in cleaning machine, especially Hotel/BSC/Retail/Manufacturer industry will be additional advantage. Good application experience in dosing & dispenser will be additional advantage. Fluent in English; good office operation skills.
