Are you an experienced logistics professional looking to take your career to the next level? Join our Supply Chain team in Kazakhstan as a Logistics Specialist and play a key role in supporting the growth of Solenis’ product portfolio, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain management. Position Purpose : As a Logistics Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of optimizing logistics operations in key sectors such as Precious Metals (Gold, Silver), Base Metals (Copper, Nickel), and Phosphate Rock. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring smooth order fulfillment, cost management, and timely deliveries. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Monitor open orders and manage delivery creation ✅ Ensure compliance with local customs regulations and manage authorization documents ✅ Coordinate transportation and supervise the customs clearance process ✅ Oversee goods receipt and warehouse management (batch management) ✅ Handle non-conformance issues effectively ✅ Maintain the highest safety standards in all logistics operations ✅ Collaborate with internal teams (sales, customer service, business developers) to ensure customer deliverables are met What We’re Looking For: ✔️ A minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and/or planning ✔️ Ability to work independently with a strong focus on meeting deadlines ✔️ Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) ✔️ Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English (additional regional languages are a plus) ✔️ A technical/scientific background or relevant tertiary qualifications ✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with experience in SAP ✔️ A strong commitment to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) principles Why Join Us? 🌍 Be part of a growing, global company in a critical role within the supply chain team 📈 Opportunity to shape logistics processes in key industry sectors 💼 Work in a collaborative environment focused on growth and innovation Ready to Make an Impact?
