With an exciting and forward-thinking strategy driving development, we are looking to grow the team in this critical technology area.   The Product Manager   is responsible for   managing a product or products within the product line. The successful candidate will execute the strategy as envisioned by the Global Product Line Director and Portfolio Manager .      As a     Product Manager ,   you will   be responsible for:   Being accountable for the functional, business, and financial performance of the product(s).  Serving as the product's advocate, conducting product demonstrations, presentations and training for stakeholders, customers, and partners to   showcase   the product's value proposition/benefits.  Developing a product strategy and vision based on market research, customer feedback, and product line goals.  Working across the organization to   validate   the sales forecast and   identify   products for special supply chain strategies.  Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to   identify   market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product innovation.  Defining the product roadmap and prioritising features and enhancements accordingly.      To be successful in this role you will:   Have a   bachelor’s degree   within a   business,   Engineering , or   Science discipline with proven cross-functional Project Leadership experience.   Have   significant experience   in writing and managing   requirements, and   setting vision intent.   Be a seasoned Product Manager with cross-functional experience leading to successful development and product launch.   Have proven experience in sales, operations,   technology   or technical support.   Have knowledge of market research and results-oriented analysis.   Have   keen   business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.   Be able to travel circa 25% .    Have permanent work permit in UK   Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
