Fuel your passion : The Stockroom Specialist supports manufacturing and operational teams by maintaining accurate inventory, organizing materials, and ensuring timely availability of parts and supplies. This role is essential to keeping production running smoothly, upholding safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement across material-handling processes. As a Stockroom Specialist , you will be responsible for: Inventory Management: Receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials Accurately entering inventory transactions into ERP or inventory systems Performing cycle counts and supporting physical inventory audits Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages, discrepancies, or excess inventory Material Handling & Organization: Labeling, tagging, and storing materials in assigned stockroom locations Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment Preparing and issuing materials to production teams following established procedures Safely and efficiently operating material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and carts Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining accurate records of material movement, discrepancies, and adjustments Following company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures Supporting compliance and company-specific audit requirements Cross-Functional Support: Collaborating with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve material issues Assisting with kitting, staging, and replenishment for production lines Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements To be successful in this role you will: Have a high school diploma or equivalent Have experience in inventory control, stockroom operations, or warehouse environments Have able to lift 40+ lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and safely operate material-handling equipment Have basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems Have an experience in manufacturing or distribution environments Have a forklift certification or ability to obtain certification Have a knowledge of lean principles Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
