The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce LWC concepts and development, as well as experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 7+ years of experience with Salesforce LWC development Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and technical architects to understand client requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Expertise using Apex, Aura components, LWC. Develop and customize Salesforce applications, workflows, process automation, and integrations to meet client-specific needs. Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SOQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data within the Salesforce platform. Design and implement solutions that adhere to best practices and maintainable code standards. Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to existing Salesforce applications and features. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency. Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to suggest improvements and innovative solutions. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes and standards. Document technical specifications, processes, and solution designs as needed. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any technical concerns. Experience with unit testing and test-driven development.
