工作职责 负责材料生产过程的监督和管理，确保生产计划的顺利执行 负责材料配方的制定和优化，以提高产品质量和生产效率 协调与供应商的合作，确保材料的供应和交付及时可靠 跟踪生产数据和指标，分析生产过程中的问题并提出改进措施 协助解决生产过程中的技术问题，确保生产线的正常运行 编写和维护生产相关的工艺文件和操作规程 任职要求 硕士学位，材料科学、化学工程或相关专业背景 对材料生产工艺和流程有深入的理解和研究 具备材料配方和生产工艺优化的能力 熟悉材料生产设备的操作和维护 具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神 具备良好的沟通和组织能力，能够与供应商和团队有效合作 对生产数据和指标的分析和解读有一定的经验 具备良好的安全意识和质量意识，能够确保生产过程的安全和质量     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
