岗位职责： 新项目 RM 和热处理过程 ESI 审查；原型样品热处理过程工具、样品支持和故障排除，BU 讨论以满足 QFD、MSR 和安全启动工具、夹具和文档支持。 日常批量生产产品热处理流程审查和故障排除。在业务部门讨论批量生产的热处理部件质量问题。在 N2 炉（无氢）过渡中制造和测试样品，并编写报告供审批。对零件热处理进行 CQI-9 系统审核和维护。作为一个团队协作处理质量问题，并改进原材料和热处理层面的流程。编写和审核设计报告和测试报告 与 TAC 团队一起进行热处理零件微观结构分析、跟进和报告审查。参与设备的安装调试和现场故障排查，确保其稳定运行。 新的冷锻轴和直辊成形 R/M 数据表、TAC 报告、微观结构报告的准备。 降低 RM 成本进行 RM 评估；热处理工艺发汗和 CT 改进 岗位要求： 机械工程、粉末冶金等相关专业的大专或以上学历 5 年或以上冶金行业热处理工作经验，熟悉 TS 16949 质量体系，了解 APQP、FMEA、MSA、PCP 和 PPAP 良好的问题解决能力（8D 原则）和团队合作精神，具有 Minitab、六西格玛和流程验证/流程能力方面的经验。 能够完成 8D 报告并创建高质量的文档。 优秀的沟通协调能力，具备跨团队、多部门协作经验。 良好的沟通技巧和独立工作能力。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
