Afin de renforcer notre équipe nous recherchons un/e Team Leader, Quality Analysis dont la mission principale sera de coordonner et de suivre les activités qualité internes dans un environnement de production série. Vous travaillerez du lundi au vendredi en 2X8 (5h-13h30 / 13h30 -22h). Vos responsabilités : Management et coordination d’une équipe de contrôleurs qualité Préparation et présentation des chiffres de la qualité Participation aux rapports quotidien du QRQC Evaluation des problèmes qualité, définition et suivi des plans d’action Coordination et traitement des activités du département (PDCA) Traitement des réclamations internes / externes Conduite du changement. Soumission de dossier PPAP Membre de l’équipe 8D Auditeur interne selon les normes ISO 9001, IATF 16949 et VDA 6.3 Gestion de la quarantaine Nos exigences : Bsc. en Assurance Qualité ou autre titre jugé équivalent. Au minimum 5 années d’expérience en qualité dans un environnement de production série. Expérience dans le secteur automobile, un avantage certain. Expérience en gestion d’équipe. Connaissances approfondies de l'APQP et des disciplines connexes (D,P-FMEA, plans de contrôle). Connaissances approfondies des outils de diagnostic tels que l'analyse Fault-tree, Diagrammes Ishikawa et autres disciplines telles que la méthodologie 8D.   Expérience technique de base en moteurs DC / BLDC / pas à pas, matériaux plastiques et injection, emboutissage. Expérience technique de base dans les procédures et équipements d'essai utilisés pour la validation des projets pour les applications automobiles. Langues : Français et Anglais courant.
