Come Innovate Motion with us 让我们一起来创新 工作职责： 负责新产品的测试开发，提出科学、高效的测试方案。 为新测试项目准备资源，包括设备、工具和耗品，并跟进项目进展，确保项目按时交付。 负责对接国内外客户，确保客户需求得到满足，提供技术支持和解决方案。 与研发、工程、项目等部门紧密协作，确保测试工作与产品开发流程无缝衔接。 分析和解决测试过程中的复杂技术问题，推动测试技术创新和优化。 测试设备的开发与维护，确保设备的高效运行和技术领先性。 任职要求：  本科及以上学历，电子工程、机械工程或相关专业。 8年以上汽车零部件测试经验，熟悉水泵、热管理等相关测试标准和方法者优先。 熟悉ISO17025标准。 具备扎实的电子技术基础，能够支持测试设备的开发与维护。 具备优秀的分析和解决问题的能力，能够应对测试中的复杂技术挑战。 良好的沟通协调能力，能够与客户及跨部门团队高效合作。 具备良好的英文基础，能够与国内外客户进行技术沟通。 掌握一门以上编程语言，如Python, LabVIEW, C++等，熟悉自动化测试工具。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
