As a Stores Operative you will be responsible for the supply of raw materials and packaging to production areas to enable completion of weekly production and bulk plans. Assist to ensure the company RFT and Health and Safety and Environment targets are met. Rotating Shifts : 06.00am to 14.00pm ;13.45pm to 22.00pm Monday to Thursday 06.00am to 12.00pm; 11.50am to 18.00pm Friday   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ● You will be responsible for the loading and unloading of vehicles to put delivered goods away in accordance with company procedure using WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems including SAP, Manhattan ● Experience of using HHT/Scanners ● Responsible for stowing, picking and dispatching materials where necessary ● You will be required to perform warehouse inventory cycle counts and audits as required ● Weekly H&S checks ● Sampling of materials as required ● May be requested to work in other areas of production / departments as required ● Assist to ensure all site KPIs are met ● Take part in the company MBGA process ● Site 6S Programme ● Operational Functions on Loading Bay, 4t lift, Goods In and Fluids & Powerds departments KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED ● Counterbalance License/Pivot steer (FLEXI) ● Preferably previous production / manufacturing or warehouse experience ● Able to understanding and adhere to H&S rules and regulations, and company procedures in line with ISO 9002 ● Knowledge of SAP/SaleForce systems ● Good communication skills ● Basic PC Skills BENEFITS PACKAGE ● Annual leave: 25 days (increases with length of service) ● Bike to Work Scheme ● Accident & Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary to 4 x annual salary (Linked to Employee Pension contribution %) ● Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay ● Employer contribution to pension insurance (Employee 3% & Employer 5% or Employee 4% & Employer 6%) ● PerkBox: Employee Discount and Wellbeing Platform At Diversey, we have a culture with focus on diversity, inclusion, well-being, flexibility and orderliness - where we respect each other, where we as a company have employed the whole person, and where there is room for and understanding of the whole person.
