职位概述： 我们正在寻找一位有两年以上工厂办公工作经验，对办公自动化和AI在部门的推广和应用充满激情，学习能力强，具有创新思维和现代管理理念 ，致力于学习和在部门内推广和应用办公自动化，智能化，实现流程优化的高级主任。 主要职责： 办公自动化的推广与应用： 在熟悉部门流程的基础上，能运用办公自动化和AI的工具，在部门内推广并实施办公自动化，提升工作效率。 数据报告与分析： 能整合部门内各种生产，仓存，采购，物流等数据，分析数据并创建自动化报表模型，确保报表的高效生成与准确性。 流程优化支持： 熟悉部门仓存、物料采购，物流和生产的工作流程，协助部门经理进行流程梳理和优化，提升运营效率。 项目跟进： 组织或参与办公自动化、人工智能项目在部门的推广应用，例 如智能仓库系统等。 部门内部成本控制： 优化内部流程，有效内部管控，从而实现成本节约与效率提升，推动组织可持续发展。 任职要求： 教育背景： 行政管理 、物流、采购、外贸、进出口等相关专业本科及以上学历。 工作经验： 两年以上工厂办公工作经验，熟悉运用Power BI, Power Automate等自动化办公工具，有生产制造行业背景者优先。 技术能力： 对办公自动化和AI在部门的推广和应用工作充满激情，能学习并灵活运用办公自动化软件实施办公AI和自动化。 沟通能力： 较强的团队合作和沟能协调能力，能与各部门 (PE, 生产，PMC)等沟通推动办公自动化的执行。 个人素质： 积极主动，具备良好的问题解决能力。 语言能力： 具备一定的英语读写能力，能用英语进行简单的工作沟通。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
