职位概述： 我们正在寻找一位热爱教育、具备丰富机电技术经验的机电助理培训老师。您将负责教授学生模具结构、机床操作及维护保养等技能，培养符合公司需求的初级技工。如果您具备良好的沟通能力、良好的机电技术背景，并愿意投身教育培训行业，我们期待您的加入！ 岗位职责： 教授学生五金模具、注塑模具的基本结构、工作原理及拆装训练； 指导学生掌握机床操作、工具使用、图纸识读、工艺制定等制造零件技能； 制定并跟进学生实习计划，确保实习内容安排妥当，及时解决实习中的问题； 负责模具及机床设备的日常点检、维护，确保设备处于可使用状态； 维护学生实习纪律，引导端正实习态度，确保实习过程安全零事故； 现场指导学员加工练习，及时总结并解决问题，批改学员培训资料及考核内容； 指导学生参与技能竞赛，并配合部门其他支持性工作。 岗位要求： 热爱教育培训事业，了解高中生心理，具备良好的沟通能力； 能读懂机械图纸，熟悉常规模具结构及工作原理，熟练使用机加工工具及量具； 2-3年常规模具开发及机床加工经验，具备设计及加工思路的讲解与演示能力； 熟练使用CAD或Solidworks，懂普通机床机械及电气结构原理，能进行设备日常维护； 普通话标准，仪容仪表良好； 全日制大专及以上学历，机电技术相关专业，有教师经验者优先；     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
