This opportunity in a nutshell This role provides technical expertise and hands-on support for water and wastewater treatment systems across customer sites. You’ll ensure efficient system performance, drive process optimization and troubleshooting, and serve as a key link between customers, commercial teams, and product development. The position also involves supporting system audits, technology trials, and new solution deployments to promote continuous improvement and business growth. How you’ll add value Ensure smooth equipment installation, commissioning, and operation at customer sites. Minimize downtime by providing timely technical support and maintenance. Strengthen customer trust through proactive service and reliable solutions. Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service contracts and spare parts. Enhance equipment performance by conducting audits and recommending improvements. Provide accurate reporting and feedback to help improve product design and service quality. Contribute to a customer-first culture, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. What you need to be successful Experience in a technical, manufacturing, or service-based environment, ideally within the food and beverage industry. Skilled in equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, especially for automated systems. Holds a technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, with at least 2 years’ technician experience. Demonstrates strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Proactive and independent, with logical problem-solving abilities at customer sites. Willing to travel frequently and work on-site across North Luzon. Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of electrical or automation systems is an advantage.
