岗位职责：  1、负责公司产品新能源汽车零部件产品控制器或者机器人产品的硬件系统的开发工作，完成硬件方案设计，电路原理图、PCB图的设计与分析；  2、负责相关板卡验证、整机调试、失效分析；  3、负责与外部供应商对接，解决产品从设计到测试及量产过程中发生的技术问题，确保产品按时交付及负责产品后续跟踪改善；  4、负责相关文档的撰写与维护；  5、支持电气工程师的相关工作  任职资格：  1、    硕士及以上学历，电子类相关专业，如电气工程、自动化、电子信息工程等。  2、有汽车零部件零部件产品控制器或机器人硬件设计相关经验者优先。 3、有较好硬件开发工作经验，具有扎实的模拟/数字电路知识，具备一定的功率电路知识(电机驱动，开关电源等)，熟练嵌入式硬件设计；  4、熟悉器件的关键参数指标，以及在电路应用中的影响，能够根据电路需求，独立完成关键器件选型与相关原理图绘制；  5、至少熟练掌握一种原理图和PCB开发工具(Altium Designer优先)，理解板卡布局和布线的原则，并完成PCB设计；  6、了解常用测试工具和仪器的基本原理，熟练使用常用电子电路测试工具和仪器；  7、具有一定的产品可靠性设计、可维护性/维修性设计、可采购/生产性设计能力； 8、具有较强的沟通与表达能力，具备严谨、细致、敬业的工作态度和良好的职业道德，有不断学习进取和团队合作精神.     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
