Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst or Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate with PowerApps and Sensei IQ experience is to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze workflows and define requirements to enhance Sensei IQ’s usability and automation. This role focuses on engineering process improvement with process engineering management background , proficiency in integration with ERP system - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) . Key Roles & Responsibilities: Business Process Improvement: Assess current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements. Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Work with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, MES). Project Management: Managing projects, ensuring they meet business needs and requirements. Coordinate with engineering and IT teams to ensure timely project delivery. Develop best practices for PLM data management and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Education:  Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years of manufacturing / production experience in business analysis Power Platform, Sensei IQ, and experience with its modules and API integrations. Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Putonghua, other language skills will have additional advantages Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau). Project management experience and familiarity with project management tools. Strong understanding of enterprise-level technology infrastructure, digital workplace architectures and integration methodologies Other: Self-motivated, action and result oriented Well organized, good communication and reporting skills Strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills with multi-disciplined staff at all levels Certifications:   Business analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are preferred.
