工作责任： 1、设计、模拟、原型制作和优化用于移动磁体线性电机驱动的高效、高带宽电力电子设备（包括PWM逆变器、放大器、驱动器）。 2、为移动磁体线性电机系统设计高精度线性编码器。 3、 实施校准程序和补偿算法，以弥补传感器的非线性和热漂移。 4 、主导硬件测试与验证，分析并解决硬件开发中的问题（如信号完整性、电源完整性、热设计等）； 5 、协同软件团队完成硬件 - 软件联调，优化系统性能；。 岗位要求： 1、硕士或博士学历，电子，电气工程相关专业； 2 、精通模拟 / 数字电路设计，熟悉常用元器件选型及降额设计； 3 、熟悉 电机驱动电路、电源管理系统（ BMS 、 DC-DC BUCK/BOOST 电路）设计、 STM32 单片机系统、运放电路设计、高速数字电路设计； 4 、熟练使用 EDA 工具（ Altium Designer 、 Cadence 、 PADS ）和电路仿真工具（ Multisim 、 SPICE 、 Cadence 等）完成原理图与 PCB 设计； 5、熟悉硬件测试工具（示波器、逻辑分析仪、频谱仪、 LCR 测试仪、电子负载等）及测试方法； 6 、具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能独立完成复杂硬件问题的调试。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
