Partner with the best As an Account Manager you will be responsible for all resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Contributes to the development of an operational year plan for own department activities of the team. Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures. Fuel your passion As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Fielding resource deployment planning and execution to meet customer and business metrics · Interface with the customer service managers on issues escalation · Developing long range forecast for region resource needs · Develop and execute short and long-range resource plans based on resource forecasts and region business commitments Including recruitment, skills reviews, and resource development through advance level training Working together with people from the business unit. Contacts are under guidance and/or geared towards specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues. Handling standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Some latitude in ways of working and planning. Handling targeted clients. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions. To be successful in this role you will:  Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Services. Have 3-5 years' experience with good mechanical aptitude. Have demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with internal customers and suppliers Be able to demonstrate good hands-on knowledge and experience of directional drilling Have demonstrate experience of leading, mentoring and motivating teams in a technical environment Be an experienced problem solver, with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues Be able to work in a variety of environments including on-shore facilities and customer locations Be willing to gain industry experience and undergo product line training Work in a way that works for you   We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
