📍 Locatie: Enschede 🏭 Productielocatie: Diversey Netherlands Production BV 🔬 Chemische achtergrond | Projectcoördinatie | SAP | Procesoptimalisatie Over de functie In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie van alle New Product Introductions (NPI’s) voor de productielocatie van Diversey in Enschede. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor de fabriek met betrekking tot alle wijzigingen op het gebied van SKU’s, verpakkingsmaterialen (PM), grondstoffen (RM), hulpstoffen (FM), insourcingprojecten en andere initiatieven waarbij nieuwe producten worden geïntroduceerd. Je zorgt voor een soepel verloop van het NPI-proces, bewaakt de voortgang en schakelt tijdig met verschillende afdelingen om deadlines te halen en kwaliteit te waarborgen. Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden Coördineert alle New Product Introductions (NPI’s) en bewaakt de planning, voortgang en tijdlijnen. Draagt zorg voor het beheer en de actualisatie van productdata (SKU, PM, RM, FM) binnen de lokale systemen. Communiceert proactief met afdelingen zoals Inkoop, R&D, Kwaliteitscontrole, Planning, Finance, FSCO, Proces Technology en het lokale managementteam. Volgt de afbouwplanning van uitlopende materialen op, in samenwerking met het centrale planningsteam. Ondersteunt bij de optimalisatie en validatie van NPI-processen. Neemt deel aan diverse projecten binnen de organisatie. Voert diverse administratieve taken uit ter ondersteuning van de dagelijkse operatie. Wie ben jij? Je hebt een chemische of technische achtergrond en affiniteit met productieprocessen. Je beschikt over ervaring met SAP en een goed begrip van organisatorische en processtromen. Je bent proactief, georganiseerd en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Ervaring met projectmanagement , releaseprocessen en NPI is een sterke pré. Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels .
