Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes. Partner with the best We are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing yearly maintenance plans, financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for: Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative, coordinating communication across stakeholders. Managing CSA(Contractual Service Agreement) / LTSA (Long-term Service Agreement) and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia, owning the end-to-end process, financial accountability. Ensuring timely issue resolution, keeps customer informed, and negotiates changes. Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics. Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role. Have an PMP/ IPMA certification would be preferred. Must have good communication and problem-solving skills. Be adaptable to dynamic contract requirements and cultural differences. Have rotating machinery experience. Be customer focused and a team player.
