Partner with the best As an Sr. Internal Business Auditor, you will be a critical part of the team delivering audit and advisory engagements across Baker Hughes. You will be collaborating with internal stakeholders and leveraging the latest technologies to enhance the enterprise’s ability to create, protect, and sustain value by providing objective assurance, advice, insight, and foresight. As a Senior Internal Business Auditor, you will be responsible for: Executing assurance and advisory engagements in collaboration with team members and business partners. Analyzing data, processes, risks, and opportunities to deliver sound conclusions and recommendations. Identifying areas for improvement and effectively communicating recommendations to business leaders. Leveraging data analyses, visualization, and automation tools to enhance insights and value. Interacting with executive leadership to ensure engagements are successful and deliver value. Contributing to initiatives that advance the Internal Audit function, such as implementation of analytics, visualization, automation, AI, agile approaches, recruiting, training, and quality.  Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will have: An MBA or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related experience. Completed, or willing to pursue, at least one certification in the fields of accounting, finance, audit, or data analytics. 2+ years of experience of finance, accounting, consulting, or auditing experience in Big 4/Mid-tier, or multinational corporate Environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to manage ambiguity and effectively influence. Experience assessing processes and the design and implementation of internal controls and their continuous improvement. The ability to compile robust reporting that delivers clear and valuable insights, making them impactful and actionable for the business. Desired Characteristics  Experience working in a dynamic, results-driven environment. Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience working with data analysis, SQL, and visualization tools.
