Position: Especialista de Assuntos Regulatórios II Work Location: Remote Work Model: Remote Main Activities: Review of the introduction of new products to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements for food contact Develop short- and long-term solutions for regulatory issues in collaboration with other stakeholders Manage, prepare, and submit product notifications and regulatory approvals as needed Develop regulatory records, manage, and update data in regulatory systems across various databases Key Responsibilities: Interact with regulatory authorities to obtain final substance approvals, registrations, and certifications Globally align regulatory compliance projects Monitor regulatory activities and identify non-compliance issues or risks Stay familiar with relevant, new, and emerging regulations and legislation related to global chemical management Technical Requirements: Fluent in English Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a scientific field.
