For more information about Solenis, please visit   www.solenis.com About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused TASKI Specialist Account Manager to manage an assigned portfolio of accounts and deliver exceptional value through technical service and sales support. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your customers—ensuring revenue retention, supporting price capture, identifying opportunities for product growth, and contributing to overall gross profit improvement. While you may participate in generating new business when appropriate, your primary focus will be on supporting and expanding value within existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Manage a designated account or group of accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Deliver technical service and support to customers, helping them maximize the benefit of company products and solutions. Identify new product opportunities within existing accounts and support selling efforts to drive growth. Maintain revenue and contribute to price capture strategies to improve gross profit. Collect, analyse, and validate data to develop standard charts, reports, and customer insights. Follow standard procedures to perform daily activities efficiently and accurately. Prepare documentation, reports, diagrams, and other customer-related materials. When needed, set up or operate standard electronic or mechanical equipment used for product testing or demonstration. Additional Responsibilities: Sell products and solutions to new customers (e.g., cleaning companies, retail stores, hygiene solution providers). Develop existing business while proactively identifying, approaching, and winning new customers. Provide training for customers in the areas of hygiene, cleaning processes, and best practices. Demonstrate cleaning machines, technologies, and related products. Monitor, analyse, and report on local trends within all sectors to identify opportunities and enhance market understanding. Knowledge & Skills: Strong working knowledge of account management and customer service fundamentals. Basic to moderate understanding of technical topics related to cleaning, hygiene, or equipment operation (training provided). Ability to gather, verify, and analyse common datasets, creating clear reports and visual presentations. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. Ability to deliver product demonstrations and customer training confidently and professionally. Job Complexity: This role involves a variety of tasks that follow established procedures. You will work with common data sets and standard tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Technical tasks may include demonstrating machines or setting up equipment for testing or training.
