GENEL NİTELİKLER MYO veya Lisans mezunu, tercihen lojistik, işletme, endüstri mühendisliği veya ilgili alanlarda eğitim almış Lojistik operasyonları konusunda en az 2 yıl deneyime sahip Lojistik (Depolama-Nakliye Planlama) süreçlerini etkin bir şekilde takip ve koordine edebilen MS Office programlarına hakim Tercihen SAP IM/WM/SD modüllerine hakim veya bu konuda bilgi sahibi Lojistik tedarikçiler ve şirket içi satış ekipleri ile etkin ve sürekli iletişim halinde olabilecek İş birliğine açık, ekip çalışmasına yatkın Analitik ve çözüm odaklı düşünebilen Yoğun iş temposunda, stresli durumlar altında disiplinli ve öncelik sıralamasına uygun şekilde çalışabilecek Gebze-Kocaeli-İstanbul Anadolu Yakası, E-5 güzergahına yakın ikamet eden Diversey-A Solenis Company Tedarik Zinciri/Lojistik Departmanı’na bağlı olarak, Gebze’deki fabrikasında " Lojistik Operasyon Uzmanı " pozisyonunda görev alacak adaylar aramaktadır. İŞ TANIMI Nakliye ve depo operasyon süreçlerinin etkin bir şekilde takibi Müşteri siparişlerine göre kamyon yükleme planlarının yapılması Rota planlamalarının optimize edilmesi Nakliyeciler ile günlük koordinasyonun sağlanması ve süreçlerin takibi Operasyonel verimliliği artırmaya yönelik süreç iyileştirme çalışmaları SAP sisteminde lojistik süreçlerin takibi ve raporlamalarının yapılması Ekip içi koordinasyon ve iş birliği ile süreçlerin sorunsuz ilerletilmesi Parti takipli depo stok yönetimlerine katkı sağlanması **İşe alım sürecimizde ön değerlendirme, uygun adaylara HR Venue üzerinden gönderilen video mülakat ile yapılmaktadır.
