Position Summary: The role will review engineering projects, protect inventions, and prevent infringement of IP (Intellectual Property) rights for the Company. Reporting to the Global Head of Intellectual Property Service, this is an important and high visible position in the Company. We will offer very attractive compensation package to the selected candidate. Responsibilities: Support lead IP counsel to develop IP strategy with BU goal and also implement the strategy Provide advice to BU management on all IP (Intellectual Property) related affairs Develop and execute IP risk control approaches for divisions Deal with regular IP affairs, such as patent drafting, prosecution, patent search, freedom-to-operate, and patentability analysis, etc. Requirements: Bachelor or above degree, major in Engineering or Legal Chinese patent agent certificate (or passing the examination) is a must Above 8 years solid experience in dealing with Chinese patent cases, skillful in patent drafting, prosecution, patent search, freedom-to-operate, and patentability analysis Experience in dealing with US, Europe and Japanese cases is a plus Trademark experience is a plus Working experience in company and engineering experience are advantages Good analytical skills and well organized Good command of English     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
