该职位负责家电类排水泵（如洗衣机用排水泵， 洗碗机循环泵和排水泵等）的结构设计工作，通过专业的设计能力和技术把控，确保泵在性能、可靠性、成本等方面达到设计标准和市场需求，推动产品的顺利研发、生产及迭代升级。 岗位职责： 1. 排水泵结构设计 ​ 主导排水泵的整体结构设计，包括但不限于转子、定子、泵体、叶轮等关键部件的设计，绘制详细的二维图纸和三维模型。​ 结合产品的性能要求（如流量、扬程、功率等）、使用环境（如温度、湿度、介质等）以及行业标准，确定合理的结构方案。​ 进行结构仿真分析，如强度、刚度、振动、噪声等方面的分析，优化结构设计，确保产品的安全性和可靠性。​ 2. 技术文件编制与管理 ​ 编制排水泵的设计规范、技术说明书、物料清单（BOM）等技术文件，确保文件的准确性和完整性。​ 对设计过程中的技术资料进行整理、归档和管理，建立完善的技术档案。​ 3. 技术协作与沟通 ​ 与生产部门沟通，提供技术支持，解决生产过程中因结构设计导致的问题，优化生产工艺，提高生产效率。​ 与客户沟通，了解市场需求和客户反馈，将其融入到产品设计改进中。​ 4. 技术优化与创新 ​ 持续关注排水泵行业的技术发展趋势和最新研究成果，引入先进的设计理念、技术和材料，对 排水泵进行技术优化和创新。​ 参与产品的研发评审，提出改进建议，提高产品的竞争力。​ 5. 成本控制 ​ 在设计过程中，综合考虑材料、加工工艺等因素，进行成本分析和控制，在保证产品质量的前提下，降低产品成本。 任职要求： 1. 学历与专业 ：本科及以上学历，电机、机械设计制造及其自动化、流体机械等相关专业。​ 2. 工作经验 ：具有5年以上排水泵或相关流体机械结构设计经验。​ 3. 专业知识与技能​ 精通排水泵的工作原理、结构设计方法和相关行业标准。​ 熟练使用 CAD、SolidWorks等设计软件，能够独立完成产品的结构设计，并了解仿真原理。​ 具备扎实的机械设计、材料力学、流体力学等专业知识，了解电机设计相关知识。​ 熟悉产品的制造工艺（如装配等），能够在设计中考虑工艺可行性。​ 4. 能力素质 ​ 具有较强的创新能力和技术攻关能力，能够解决设计过程中的复杂技术问题。​ 具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够有效与各部门协作。​ 具有较强的责任心、严谨的工作态度和良好的学习能力。     Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
