Responsibilities Improve focus on innovation sales and deliver improvement in Vitality Index as per plan Lead and manage innovation projects from launch to roll out execution Run the strategy refresh process with the business every year Develop detailed project plans, timelines and innovation budgets Coordinate regularly with various stakeholders, cross functional team members and manage resources. Coordinate with R&D, Supply Chain, Commercial teams for innovation roll out Actively engage into Blueprinting process for new idea generation Track innovation projects, present project updates and outcomes to stakeholders Evaluate value delivered by innovation programs Market intelligence including Competition analysis and innovative trends Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher, specialization in Marketing desired but not essential Experience 5 - 7 years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development in an industrial B2B space Self-motivated, driven, with a positive attitude Strong collaborative team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Strong planning, presentation and problem solving skills Cross cultural awareness Good English language proficiency
