Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Fachperson für den Bereich CNC Fräsen/Bohren und Drehen. In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position stellen Sie hochpräzise Einzelteile für Stanz- und Spritgusswerkzeuge her und sorgen für effiziente Abläufe in der Fertigung. Ihre Aufgaben Selbstständiges Programmieren, Einrichten und Bedienen von modernen CNC-Fräs- und Drehmaschinen sowie das Überwachen der Bearbeitungsprozesse Optimierung der Prozesse zur Steigerung der Maschinenauslastung und Effizienz Einbringen gezielter und umsetzbarer Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Optimierung der Fräs-, Bohr- und Drehprozesse Pflege und Wartung des zugeteilten Maschinenparks zur Gewährleistung eines einwandfreien Zustands Förderung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit für ein sicheres und angenehmes Arbeitsumfeld Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in oder Produktionsmechaniker EFZ mit Erfahrung in der Weichbearbeitung (Fräsen, Drehen, Bohren) Fundierte Kenntnisse in CNC-Programmierung und -Bedienung Erfahrung im CAD-Konstruktion mit UG NX sowie sicherer Umgang mit technischen Unterlagen Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit Was wir bieten Ein dynamisches, internationales Arbeitsumfeld mit vielfältigen Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Raum für Innovation und Mitgestaltung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position Attraktive Arbeitsbedingungen (40 Stunden Woche / 5 Wochen Ferien / Personalrestaurant) Motiviertes und dynamisches Team Bereit für den nächsten Karriereschritt?
